Little Tiger – Five little ghosts book review
As the cold weather draws in and our mornings start to darken, we all know Halloween is round the corner.
I was very kindly sent a Halloween themed book for Jack to review from little Tiger.
We were sent ‘Five little ghosts’, a cute board book perfect for toddlers.
Written by Patricia Hegarty and Illustrated by Julia Woolf, ‘Five little ghosts’ uses rhyme to tell the story of five mischievous ghosts and their night time adventure.
Featuring bright, comical illustrations along with the rhythm of the short rhyming verses, this tale captured Jack’s attention and ignited his curiosity.
Jack is a total bookworm but as much as I love his enthusiasm, he can be a little heavy handed with his books. With the sturdy cardboard pages and padded front and back covers, there is no danger of ripped pages with ‘Five little ghosts’.
Priced at £5.99 it wont break the bank and aimed at 1-5 years, ‘Five little ghosts’ is a charming, scare free way of introducing little ones to Halloween.
Little Tiger have a large range of books, including a Halloween themed sticker album and ‘I want to be a witch’ a charming picture book about a little girl who decides what type of witch she wants to be.

How do you celebrate Halloween? Do you do anything specific to make it special for little ones?
