Bazooka candy
Most of us have grown up with Bazooka Joe gum with the little comic strip inside, myself included. So when I was given the chance to review Bazooka candy I couldn’t resist, well someones got to do it 😉
When this goodie bag arrived Jack was right next to me and he virtually shock with excitement when he saw all the goodies.
Firstly we had to try the bubblegum and I’m glad to say its as good as I remember although the comic strips have been replaced with a picture of a monster and a code to use online. Daddy and I enjoyed blowing bubbles that made Jack giggle when they popped. The chew bars were bubble gum flavoured and just as nice, these also come with a code to use online, I like that they are more than just a sweet and would be great for older children.
The mega mouth spray is a lot sourer than I remember as a child which for me is brilliant, I love sour sweets and most unfortunately fall short. This however is perfect and lasts a long time which is another plus for mums as we get value for money. The juicy drop pop has also become sourer since I was young but the lolly itself has a tendency to become soft and sticky. I can’t comment on the push pop as I didn’t get a look in, Jack swiped that as soon as he saw it. He seemed to be enjoying it but its downfall for little ones was as he ate it he drooled into the tube and when he pushed it up all the drool came out, ewww.
All Bazooka candy brings back memories of my childhood and tastes exactly as I remember or better. I like that they haven’t changed over the years like other brands have and I can now share that with Jack when he is older.
